MSS KANGAZHA
The Muslim Service Society (M.S.S) Kangazha is a social and educational organization having branches members and institutions all over the state of Kerala, outside Kerala and in Gulf Countries .
The Society was formed in the year 1980. It has on its rolls eminent scholars, educationalist, doctors, engineers, lawyers, industrialists, businessman, social workers and general public.
The main objective of the Society, which has no political affiliation, is the overall upliftment of the people in general and the Muslims of Kerala and surrounding in particular.
The MSS Kangazha unit was formed on 31st October 2004. The M.S.S Kangazha unit has, as its main and foremost objectives, the overall development, progress and well- being of the poor people irrespective of cast/creed and of the Muslims in Kangazha.
Its mission includes among other things, the rehabilitation and upliftment of the deserving poor, hitherto totally neglected and discarded by the society.
Besides, the Society has plans and programes to provide proper initiative and guidance in all spheres of social activities and to give them proper motivation for leading an Islamic way of life with peace and religious harmony.
The Society is at present running a number of Free Medical Aid Camps, Finishing Schools, Educational training, job oriented training courses, career training courses etc.
The MSS unit helps poor and brilliant students by awarding scholarships, and free distribution of books/bags and dress.
M.S.S conducts many noteworthy relief activities for the benefit of the downtrodden sections of the community at large.
At present MSS Kangazha unit feeds more than 40 poor families(irrespective of cast/creed) around Kangazha. They are provided with the rice and provisions freely every month. During March 2011, We have distributed free Wheel Chair amounting to Rupees One Lakh, to the Endosulphan Victims at Kasargod District

At present our office is working in the a small room provided by the Kangazha Muslim Jama-at.
Now we are proposed to construct an Office cum Cultural complex and Training Centre at 10 cents of land (at Pathanadu Kangazhaby the side of Karukachal-Manimala State High Way) donated by our member Rafeek Rahman, Makkal Kuzhikkat.
Till now offer of nearly 3 Lakh Rupees has received from various ends at Kangazha for the construction of the proposed building. We need 20 Lakhs to complete the building.
We request the wholehearted co-operation and financial contribution from all kind hearted and like minded people for the construction of our Cultural Complex and Training Centre and also for continuing our philanthropic activities.
